Although I believe that exclusives offer better experience because they are optimized for the specific platform, in the case of FFXIII it´s different. It´s engine, Crystal Tools, runs on PC and was from the beginning compatible to the ps3. With that they stroke two birds with one stone, as the engine is optimized for ps3 but also runs on PC. So really, there is no need to worry. If any version will suffer, it will be the port to Xbox360 not the PS3 and PC versions.
