Sounds really good - I'd love to compare the two (PS3 and PC versions) when they come out.

The PC version will (should?) not be limited to 60fps. It really depends on the hardware; depending on this, it could be much lower, or much higher. Take UT2K4 for example: well over 150fps on a PC with all settings on max is not uncommon.

The dodging was a pain in the ass on the PC to do the double-keypress, but I had it macro'd. Much better. I really do want to see if the PS3 gets the controls right, given that I've tried many FPSs on consoles and so far none of them compare to the PC's precision. Using the Sixaxis to control vehicles and guide missles sounds like it could be a blast. Failing that, keyboard/mouse combo? I wonder how Epic is going to handle the key mapping?

Overall the game is looking very cool. We've already drowning in a sea of "reality shooters" - those gray and brown palette jobs that frankly just look drab compared to the over-the top visuals and eye candy of the Unreal series, so UT3 is a very welcome change.
