No ...
The big three exclusive third party titles for the PS2 were Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy and Grand Theft Auto being that there were multiple versions that all sold in the 5 Million range. Microsoft has (effectively) stolen two of these games from Sony. There (really) is no game that Sony could announce which would have a similar impact to Microsoft announcing this.
