Not at all. I think JRPG developers are just realizing how big the American market is for their sort of game. And, since there's twice as many 360s in the American market as there are PS3s...

 

I believe you're mistaken. If you watched the press conference, you would have noticed that SE has made a "partnership" with MS. That means that they accepted money from them.
