That is good news.. but I think Chinese Democracy has been finished for a while and the label is figuring out what to do with it. The album has cost around $13 million to make and its damn near impossible to profit off cd sales at this time.
On the other hand, if Chinese Democracy is released this year, everyone in the US gets a free can of Dr. Pepper!
