Ex gf of mine had the same thing happen to her. They refused to unlock the account and told her she would have to start a new one. She asked to have all her downloaded items that were payed for to be transferred to the new account, she was told that was ok and that it would take a week or two for it to take place.....long story short, she lost all her downloads and any unused points, never got any of it back.
