Nice way to dodge my comment about the dog. Sure a child can't give consent until they're 18, because the parents have the consent. So what if the parents give you consent? You can't assume that anyone under 18 just doesn't know any better.

 

But that's the law. Are you arguing against sexual consent laws?

And I think it's currently the law in most places that animals can't give consent at all.

Except some state in the south... unless they changed it.  That was one funny thing... Sodomy was illegal in the state... yet having sex with animals wasn't.

However some farmer got arrested anyway... for committing sodomy on an animal.

I forget which state this was... and while i could guess, i'd have to impune said southern state.
