Edit: it came out a bit unreadable. Well, the Operas beat everything on Cold start. On Warm start, Opera 6.03 wins, then IE 6, then Netscape 4, then the rest of the Operas.

The FFs are far, far down. In fact, Opera 9.2 uses 1/4th of the time on a cold start, and 40% less time on a warm start.
