ok... well,
the world clock ( http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/custom.html?sort=2 ) says in Los Angeles it's 3:15 am at the time of this post and according to IGN the MS press conference starts at 10:30 am local time, so it should start in 7 hours and 15 minutes
for central europe (CET) that would be 19:30 pm, so it's 18:30 pm UTC - australians should be able to calculate their time from the UTC time (and if you don't know how your timezone relates to the UTC, then have a look at the world clock)
