i would like to go with this suggestion, the graphics on that game look so ps2 psp.

That's why I thought it are vids cut out of the early games; Could be ealry Jax 2 footage where they were trying to give Jax a new look.

 

i dont know could be but i dont remember any scenes that even resemble anything seen in those vids, maybe this game is for the psp or somthing because it sure isnt a ps3 game, ever that or these vids are very early builds being as the scenes are not even finished but the textures just look to poor and low res
