Yeah, I know. The closest thing I can find is an XBOX (regular, not 360) to PS2 cable, then a PS2 to GameCube Cable...

If that's really the case, then you're most of the way there. Electrically, the XBox controllers were USB; they just had a funny connector shape. Given this, I wouldn't be surprised to find a USB-to-XBox connector out there, and if such a thing exists then you're golden.
