Well, I don't know if the ones I bought are 1.3 (doesn't say on the product description on newegg for the two cables I bought in early 2007).

Here's one that's stated as 1.3 and it's 10 feet long and costs about $20. That's at least half the cost of ones found at a place like Circuit City and Best Buy and it's still a 10 footer as well.
