R2 is the much better game in every way. L4D is just mindless shooting with no tactics or anything.

You need to actually go and find out what this game is about.

I took your advice and went and watched more videos and watched some of the interviews and went and read some stuff they had on their site.

The A.I. Directer seems to be interesting, its able to judge the difficulty on the fly and adjust the horde based on how shitty or how good you are.  Its also able to place the horde in different areas based on your play style.  But i doubt it will affect the gameplay very much with each later try.  Most people have a specific play style and it sounds like it will just place the horde the same way each time you play the game.  So this does not really make a difference in the big picture and could be tossed out for normal placed enemies without making a difference.

There is 8 different weapons in the game, which is really small and there are no melee weapons either.  The players playing as the infested don't really have any control over how they play the game.  The AI places you at certain areas based on how good the users are.  I'm not sure about you guys but i don't feel like waiting around to be placed at certain spots to have a chance to fight 4 users.  It could be 30mins before you get to fight the users while playing as the Tank, becasue he has a very long respawn time, and the users could suck.

The game is also very short, with 4 campaigns, each lasting 45mins to 1hour.  With little difference's in gameplay, enemies or enemy placement i don't see the replay value in this game.
