When not signed into PSN I get no pop-in is smooth as can be. When signed into PSN, but playing single player, I get pop-in from time to time, but nothing major.
Edit: Well I got in a few hours this weekend. I'm starting to like the game more and more. At first I thought maybe I was bored with the GTA series, but I'm getting back into it. The pop-ins are very minimal whether signed into PSN or not. Its much less than previous GTA's and has only been larger buildings. So far nothing that affected game play, just visuals. It runs pretty damn smooth.
