If I'm not mistaken, Microsoft spent less money on making the console, and lose less money than Sony, even though Sony earns money from Ps2/PsP.

So I think that either

A) Microsoft isn't using all that much more money than Sony

B) They're better at earning money than Sony

Or C), D) or E)
