You get a lot of screen real estate even with the 1680x1050. A 24" widescreen is massive compared to a 19" CRT. I should know I recently experienced the transition. Think of it this way, the 24" will be similar to having two 19" CRT. Just shop around frankly. I check the Microcenter circulars for deals every week and I've found I can't do much better than that on price. |
actually they do make a 21.5 by Ben Q but its not out yet I dont think.
