Arguably the best 3rd party support, least emphasis on casual gamers (so far), best traditional controller, more JRPGs, more reliable multiplatform games, achievements on all games, custom soundtracks on all games, bigger choice of XBL games than PSN and better online.
If you want blu-ray or a specific game, get a PS3. It's not really advisable otherwise.
