It looks like they haven't done anything major with the AI yet. Watch the part where the helghast with the RPG walks up to the part of the stairs - he just stands there looking in another direction when the player is 5ft in front of him. There are other parts where the AI looks really iffy as well.
An in all the production values are through the roof, but I still don't see anything that makes it look like an above average FPS. Although its typically hard to tell how those types of games will play from videos. It'll be better than KZ1 almost for sure, but I don't think it will be a landmark FPS outside of graphics and sound (on consoles).
