For me it was when the CD and the 32x failed miserably, because that day i said that they were doomed, only back then i believed that Nintendo would bring them down with their next-gen CD console (that turned out to be the cartridge-based 64), didn't knew that Sony was meant to be their killer... But didn't matter, either Sony or Nintendo were meant to bring them down after their bad reputation with the sucky bundles that will lead with the poor Saturn performance, the total distrust, and the doom of the awesome Dreamcast...
With the MegaDrive they touch the sky, and they could reach it, but now we'll never know because their rush and poor business decisions between the CD and the Saturn...
