Check the facts, please, and quit the name-calling. Valve was helping development back in Jan '06 on Left 4 Dead...while helping Turtle Rock, they bought them...now Valve helps them even more. Turtle Rock operates from their original location most of the time, but they communicate and work with Valve every day over their own network, and Valve sends people to work with them...it has always been a joint project, only now Turtle Rock is simply part of Valve. |
I'm definitely getting both games myself and I believe if you love Left 4 dead, then you'll enjoy the Resistance 2 co-op as-well. It has an 8 player online co-op with its own campaign. I don't know if it will be worth burning 450$ over, but you may want to consider it.
