Hey All, I have been reading some strange threads that have really been misleading in terms of what games are coming out for the remainder of 2008. Specifically looking at the 360 and PS3, which has the better lineup? Here is my comparison.
Xbox 360:
1. Gears of War 2 - Shooter
2. Fable 2 - Action RPG
3. Banjo 3 - Platformer
4. Too Human 1 - Action RPG
5. Infinite Undiscovery - JRPG
6. Last Reminant - JPRG
7. Halo Wars - RTS
8. Left 4 Dead - FPS
9. Tales of Vespira - JRPG
PS3:
1. Resistance 2 - FPS
2. Little Big Plant - Platformer
3. Afrika -
4. Socom Confrontation - Shooter
5. Tekken 6 - Fighting
6. White Knight Chronicles - JRPG
7. Heavy Rain - Action
For me, I think the 360 lineup is better. Gears 2 IMO is probably the biggest game of the year going forward. In addition, lots of variety allows people of different tastes to have something to look forward to the rest of the year.
