If true, it is ironic since Viacom is suing Google over copyright infringement on YouTube. (Google should force Viacom to show actual damages in the case in my opinion, if it ever gets that far).

My question is how does everything get to be filed in this place in Texas. If I recall correctly, this court has a history of deciding patent lawsuits in the plantiff's favor (see Nintendo's latest venture there).
