The Longest Journey is one of the best i've played. Dreamfall (TLJ sequel) ain't bad either.
Old Lucasarts stuff is also great; Monkey island, Indiana jones, The Dig, Full Throttle, Day of the tentacle, Sam & Max...
Broken Sword series for more serious approach. Sanitarium for more twisted approach (absolutely great and freaky game)
And new Sam&Max episodes from Telltale are hysterical. Also there is leisure suit Larry for more adult based comedy. And there is Discworld and Simon the sorcerer for more magic based comedy. And... there are just too many great point-and-click adventures for me to replay!
