in-game "Voice chat" and "Video chat" are coming to PS3

The PS3 does have voice chat, just not like xbox live. Same with video chat.

 

how does it work then i no nothing about psn ???

 

Both people have to be on the XMB (not in-game XMB), and not playing a game or playing online like in Warhawk or MGO and just talking to the room instead of 1 on 1 the way it is voice chatting on the XMB. Same thing with video, just not online.
