If I have no experience using a computer, could I make a videogame?

Short Answer: No

Long Answer: Not a chance.

You will need more than just typing skills. You could make a bad game with some flash and MS Paint skills..but that game would probably suck. If you want to make a good game you will need quite a bit more computer related skills.
