With more than one million copies sold just a few days after its release, a "very positive" rating on Steam, and an enviable 83% review score from PC Gamer, vampiric horror RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker is a hit. And less than one week after its debut, developer Rebel Wolves is already planning what comes next.

Marvel Rivals' massive hero roster and regular character additions are some of its defining features. So it comes as a huge surprise that NetEase has decided to forgo tradition for the sake of focusing on improving its foundations.
For the first time in eight seasons—that's 17 months—Marvel Rivals will just be getting one hero, Gorr the God Butcher, in a season. "We're locking our crosshairs on just Gorr the God Butcher," creative designer Guangyun Chen says in a dev diary. "In the first half of the season we'll be rolling out one new hero and one new map. In the second half our focus will shift to phase 3 and phase 4 of the Path to Doomsday events. These will feature two brand-new game modes, with specific details dropping closer to the start of season 10.5."
