Good news! Most of Ubisoft's games now also work for disc-to-digital. This shows that just because some publishers' games didn't work initially, doesn't mean they "opted out". It is still in the testing-phase. We will see if SEGA, Square and Bandai-Namco games will join as well.
Interestingly, Virtua Fighter 2 (a Limited Run release of the Xbox 360 build but on an Xbox One disc), which is a SEGA licenced game, reportedly works.
I see conflicting reports on the Forza games, some say they still don't work, but I also see reports that it shows an error when you try to claim the licence, but that it claims it anyways and you can find the digital copy on your Xbox/PC afterwards, at least that seems to be the case for Horizon 2 and 3.
