This looks it was upscale to 720p. So this version, is going to be running alot lower resolution than PS5/XSX.
Apart from that and some animations maybe running half speed or such tricks, to get fps up.
It looks playable, and he says it feels like its close to 60 fps.
The ~40gb size feels fine too.
