Flying solo: The 360's first year

I sort of experienced the first year, but only after the fact. Definitely not firsthand. 

 

The 360 was my first Xbox console. I picked it up in 2008. I decided the "proper" way to experience it would be to collect all the must-have Xbox original games, and play through them first via backward compatibility. Then, I played the 2005 hits before diving into the Gears, Halos, and Elder Scrolls of the world. It was important to me to play through the library in order, more or less. 

 

I have very, very fond memories of playing Kameo: Elements of Power, Perfect Dark Zero, Quake 4, and Call of Duty 2. It was all very new and exciting. Kameo in particular blew me away with its graphics and art.
