Why do 99% of videogames pander to white (especially American) audiences?

the same reason why dynasty warriors sells better in japan than america, and the same for pro evo soccer...it depends on what crowd the game is targeted for. IMO, I don't think that Cod WaW will sell in Japan at all, I mean look who the bad guys are.
