True, which is why I am, for the most part, aiming for dream cartridges. The Banjo announcement is what personally got me. Especially when I found out that Rare gave Evercade the games original source code and they were to reverse engineer them to modernize the games. Not based on any previous ports. Essentially, the Evercade versions of both Banjo games are the best remasters of the games yet.

It does show that there can be more to Evercade than just compilations of old games; they can even modernize them without messing with how they look or sound. Which is honestly what I want a lot of the time lol. I don't want modern graphics. A lot of times, I just want the original games with a modern control scheme.

Yes! I'm super excited for the Banjo pack. I preordered the Nexus 64 Edition. I'm a sucker for anything N64 and Rare related.

I'm hoping for more 32- and 64-bit games.

No way!!! I tried to get the 64 Edition, and it had already sold out lol. Was able to get the Doom edition though, which I am more than happy with!

We'll definitely be getting more though. The entirety of Nexus's marketing focuses on 32- and 64-bit games, so I'm anxious to see what else they're able to put out. Outside of Rare's N64 catalog, which I would expect to happen down the line, minus Nintendo-owned IP and Goldeneye, I would LOVE the original trilogies of Spyro and Crash, which is why I included them in my original list. If Evercade could get give them the Banjo treatment......I might die of happiness lol. I'm holding on to hope, considering their previous work with Activision and Microsoft as a whole, since Rare is even in on it.
