Does any of you have (recent) experience with Razer mice?

My current mouse has started to miss clicks and I'm honestly tired of replacing them every couple of years or so. I'm at a point where I don't knwo if it's worth spending more and get a mouse with optical switches to see if they really last longer or just say f*ck it and go with the cheapest mouse I can find that's comfortable knowing that it won't last long.

The reason for the Razer question is that I've found a Razer DeathAdder V3 for a bit less than 60€, which could be the mouse to get if I go that route.

Also, no more Logitech mice for me. They're very comfortable, but I'm done with them and their POS switches.

I have never used a Razer mouse. I have recently had a trackball from Kensington, sadly the mouse wheel sensor started behaving erratically. I now have a Delux M618 Plus vertical mouse, feels rather comfortable.

Digiphile has released the RTS Renaissance bundle, several tiers filled with RTS goodness.

Thanks for your reply. I don't think I'm ready for a vertical mouse and, to be honest, I've never used a trackball. I prefer "traditional" mice, at lest for now.

My longest-lasting mouse is from Roccat (Roccat Draconia), but since they got bought by Turtle Beach they, and the model of my mouse, don't exist anymore.

For my second (work) laptop, I bought a rather cheap Sharkoon Shark Force 3 for just 15€, and despite the heavy use at work haven't had any issues with  in those 19 months

Here's the mouse: https://www.sharkoon.com/product/40254

Edit: just to precise, the mouse comes with zero software to install, which is one of the reasons why I chose it in the first place (wouldn't be able to install it on work laptop), the other being the very high DPI of 12800 in that price segment and the amount of buttons if it has to replace my Draconia one day.

Funny how things work. I've used two Draconia mice, but from the Sharkoon brand. They looked like this:

I found it after a stint with Logitech, when I got a M500 that I loved for a couple of years until it started to have problems and I replaced it with another M500 because I thought I got bad luck with a defective unit... only to have the same problem roughly after the same amount of time.

So I looked for a new mouse that was big enough (I'm a palm guy when using mice) and found this one. And I liked it so much than, when it started failing after a reasonable amount of time, I bought a new one. The packaging was different, not surprising after a few years, and the mouse didn't last much. I got refunded and found that Logitech had launched the M500S, which I thought could be a new revision with better switches. That was roughly 2 years ago ...

I'll look into that Shark Force 3.

Thanks for your reply.
