+ Strong 1st party content
+ Dualshock 3 is small, light, and kinda awesome
+ Badass CPU
+ Transparent XMB is nice
+ Backwards compatibility with PS1 + PS2
+ Free online multiplayer
- Poor multiplat performance (split RAM, shit GPU)
- XMB is slow as fuck (I loved its design otherwise)
- Only early models are fully backwards compatible with PS2
- The weakest era for 3rd party gaming
- Slippery triggers
It's my least favourite Playstation home console, but solid overall.
