Switch 2's by a metric mile. This, by far, has been the most disappointing generation by Sony for me, first-party wise. All the IPs I loved growing up are dead, and Sony's become overly reliant on the meme of third-person, over-the-shoulder, action-adventure games that many dunk on them for. One can argue all day that it's all "different story, characters, settings," etc, all day, but you can't help but get the feeling that there's a similar formula shared.

But when they've strayed away from that, I've gotten excited for! Helldivers 2, Astro Bot, Marvel Tokon (beta at least), Returnal or hell, Lego Horizon Adventures, I've had a LOT more fun playing than their typical blockbusters. I'm only excited for Wolverine because it's Wolverine. But after 6 years, that's the number of games I can count on my hands.

Nintendo on the other hand, I just finished playing Rhythm Heaven Groove, a franchise I had 0 familiarity with and it was INSANELY fun! I like the genre variety and gameplay-first mindset Nintendo focuses on. Experimental and a multitude of creative games is what makes a platform feel more unique.
