Sorry but that's just wrong. So, if you are a doctor, by the above, you can refuse treatment on others if your religion prevents it? 

No you can choose another profession. Doctors can refuse dangerous elective procedures btw, people that want their limbs amputated for example. But they can't refuse to treat people based on race / religion. 

Anyway what Curl means is that you can choose to present yourself the way you want, not force others to present themselves they way you want. Mind your own business basically, don't force it onto others.

Religion/beliefs are a set of rules you impose on yourself to live by, not onto others. That's up to society as a whole to decide on. And then you can still choose to move the different country if the laws don't fit your beliefs. You can't however steal/oppress someone else's country and impose your beliefs on them.
