What should MS have done differently with Xbox Series X/S (and how much of a difference would it make)

They got obliterated by a PS5 that has had next to nothing in terms of games and saw the return of greedy Sony. I don’t think there is anything they could have done outside of incredibly loss leading pricing that would have made a difference.
