It has been a wild week with Ukraine’s military politics. So, Ukraine’s defense minister fedorov got sacked due to his criticism of head general Syrsky, and criticism of corruption. Then, massive protests have occurred. I believe zelensky reinstated fedorov so that there wouldn’t be a revolt. Now, they might be looking to replace commander Syrsky because he has this old Soviet sort of mentality towards fighting (heavy on artillery) when they want to win without excessive casualties.

Where has it been confirmed that Fedorov has been reinstated?

He hasn’t been, I just looked at the latest articles and they are still protesting in favor of fedorov.
