$457 million dollar lawsuit filed by a Dutch consumer group, arguing that the shift to digital-only consoles and the end of physical discs proves Sony's monopoly, as it alone controls game prices (which are ~47% higher digitally) and how long consumers can access them.

And so it begins, I have a feeling this wont be the only lawsuit. 

How does it prove a monopoly when you can buy games from MS, Nintendo and PC?

By this logic if I own every appletree in the world and refuse to let anyone else sell apples I don't have a monopoly on apples. Why not? Because other people sell oranges!
