Do you generally prefer Western or Eastern games, and why

Western Games, mainly in the 90's to 2010's. Mass Effect, Skyrim, NFS, Burnout, SSX, Crash, Spyro, Uncharted.

I'm kind of disillusioned with modern gaming though.
