Touhou time!
Will add more soundtracks later, starting from less popular series/games that deserve more attention.
To answer the poll question: I think the fighting game series with the best music is Tekken. But the quality went downhill since Tekken 6 imo. Tekken 7 and 8's music are kind of trash.
Touhou ties or edges out Final Fantasy for me as the video game series with the best music, but it's primarily a SHMUP, so Tekken takes it.
