One of the newer Forza games or Halo 3..... Xbox has had alot of okay games.... but the "killer app/game" ? that has been a while.
"As in, a game that genuinely makes such a splash that it drives console sales in a big way?"
I'm not even sure if Forza games do that for Xbox.... Your definition is pretty demanding.
Probably the last big game that moved tons of hardware for xbox, was Halo 3.
