Totally agree, it goes back to the days when I was working at a department store and people would come back in to return games because they got it for the wrong system. Mostly parents and other family members of course. But yes, simply having both options and making them both availible at retail would be ideal. Also, if you have it set up so that digital codes could be traded in at partner retailers and resold. And the option to gift or trade your games to someone else.
