Up to 14 management layers?!
You know how an organization that has 14 management layers look like? A lot of people spend their time drinking coffee, reading emails, making reports and sitting in meetings talking about everything except what is necessary to make a good game. Just pushing paperwork up and down the chain.
It's the boat with one sailor and seven captains. They used to fire the sailor, time to fire some captains.
