Hell yeeah dawg! Had a few dranks (after a long teetotal hiatus, and will probably start another long break soon) and tasty BBQ chicken and played a bunch of Turtles in Time and new Rythm Heaven with my cousin and godson.
Watched some 4k 300 and Fight Club. Not exactly standard 'Merica! stuff but to me those capture more of the essence of the "go against the grain, screw the establishment", renegade culture, innovation, overcoming adversity against all odds, etc etc..
Rained most of the time during our celebration but ah well can't have it all, mosquitos are nuts here this time of year anyway by our creek. Just further plays into the "overcoming adversity" thing in a way I guess..
