Alright, I know Sony is shit for doing what they did but come on? That is entirely made up and posting rumors from nobodies on Twitter is pathetic. I have seen the original post of it from a fan and now others are just reposting for clout.
Think about it people? Rock Star and Take-Two made GTA 6 all digital to begin with. They don't give a shit about discs. It's more money for RS too because they don't have to split anything with retailers. The color on the app and immediately GTA pop ups on PS were for the initial ad campaign and opening up of pre-orders.
It's just people trying to pile more shit onto a negative situation and they are looking for anything to shit on Sony about, I get it but don't be disingenuous about it. Just like yesterday when the big Twitter news was that Sony was only selling one addon PS5 disc drive per customer due to high demand on Playstation direct. It was negative comments from everyone but if they really bothered with this product they would have seen that this message was posted on PS direct for over a year now and nothing new. (Backed up my Daniel Ahmad) We all know how in short supply those disc drives were to begin with.
I know there is real outrage from the 20% or so of physical collectors for Playstation (Myself included) but also remember that Twitter is not real and half or more of the outrage on there is just influencers looking for engagement, other ecosystem fans who cheer for negativity on PS and just plain ol haters.
