with PS6 presumably not having a disc drivel, can't trade in the PS5 for physical games owners.

This will certainly hurt its sales potential.

Not just this but there won't be any physical 2nd-hand copies sitting in game stores tempting people to buy the new console.

"Oh wow! Look at all these physical PS6 games for $30 each! It's been 2 years since the system launched, and I could get all these games for cheap. I'll buy one!"
