Sony just opened themselves up to 3rd Party storefronts on PlayStation

I think that DMA threats consoles differently than phones, which fall under general purpose computing platforms, so no, I don't think Sony has to worry (for now) about that.

Though I'm fairly sure someone will slap them with some big class action lawsuit.
