Not being able to buy a physical copy to have as a collectors item in your shelf sounds very dystopian.
Other console makers will likely follow suit asap with their next console. Unless they want good PR for one console generation, but they'll likely do the same after that.
I hope it's possible to push back against this so they dont enact this policy, like what happened against the Xbox One DRM.
