Dont' wait for your consoles to break. It's like brushing your teeth vs paying for a root canal. Taking care of your older consoles so they don't break is expensive. Fixing them after they break is three times as expensive. 

That's a good point. Maybe in the retro section, you should make a long, comprehensive thread with bullet points for maintenance. I'm sure the interest is only going to increase from this point on lol
