Depends entirely on what their plans are in the mid to long term. Their goals should be getting casuals into Marathon and expanding Destiny outside of a massive live service title.
Both are possible, and of course not guaranteed home-runs. But if they're looking to do something like an ICO remake, the yeah they're dead.
